HTC is getting able to launch a universal USB charger that will enable select handsets to become powered up 40% faster than with regular chargers. Called HTC Rapid Charger 2.0 (and pictured above), the accessory uses Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2. 0 technology - which debuted last year upon the Snapdragon 800 SoC, and it is obviously included in newer chipsets, too.
As you move the HTC Rapid Charger 2.0 is compatible for any HTC smartphones, there aren’t that several which could enjoy its faster charging abilities.
